Featured guests will be State Representative George Distel and Ashtabula County Health Department Director Ray Sapporito. Both gentleman will be discussing the state of the current septic installation regulations. Meeting will be held at Carl's Steakhouse in Austinburg from 11:30 until app. 2:00.
